Can I decide when I want to work?
Yes, you decide 100% when you want to work.
How much do I get paid?
You are paid an hourly wage when you are out on a temporary basis.
We pay according to the collective agreement that the company follows. Your salary will therefore vary from company to company.
If you have any questions about your salary, you are always welcome to contact our booking department.
When do I get paid?
We pay your salary on the last banking day of the month. However, you should be aware that our pay period runs from the 20th of one month to the 20th of the next month.
This means that hours worked after the 20th will be paid out the following month.
What should I do if I'm not available for a period of time?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not available due to vacation, illness or other appointments. This way, we can update your profile and only contact you about tasks that fit your schedule and current situation.
How soon can I start a temporary job?
It depends on the job and when you are available. In some cases, you can start at short notice if your profile matches the company’s needs.

What do I do if I find other work myself?
You have no notice of termination with us. We just need to know so we can make you inactive in our system.
How can I see how many hours I've worked?
You can access our app “Jysk Vikarservice”. There you can see your hours, be offered other temporary jobs and note the days you would like to take off.
How do I delete my Jysk Vikarservice profile?
You send us an email or call us and we will make sure to delete your profile.
Can I reach Jysk Vikarservice on weekends?
Yes you can. At the weekend, we have an on-call phone that you can use in case you have to call in sick or cancel a shift.
The hotline is intended for urgent inquiries. If you have general questions, we recommend contacting us at a weekday time when we have more time to help you properly.
When should I let you know that I can't come to work if I'm on a temporary assignment?
You need to do this as soon as possible, because we need to spend time finding a replacement for you, so that the company will not be without a substitute.
