Try & Hire – try out the job

When companies need to find a new permanent employee, they often choose a Try & Hire process. —a temp-to-perm agreement. This is an opportunity for you – and the company – to look at each other – professionally and personally to see if the “chemistry fits”.

Upon completion, the company will be free to hire you in a permanent position. You don’t have to go through the traditional application process. Instead, you show your skills in everyday life and the workplace gets to know you as a colleague – not just on a piece of paper.

How a Try & Hire process works

A Try & Hire scheme typically lasts for 12 weeks during which you are paid by Jysk Vikarservice A/S which will also take care of all the admin.

Before you start, we’ll have a conversation with you to get to know you and learn about your experience, strengths and wishes. We collect references and criminal records because we recommend you directly to our customers and vouch for you. This, in turn, means you skip the application phase and don’t have to write an application for a permanent position.

During the 12 weeks you are employed and paid by Jysk Vikarservice and we take care of all the administration. All you have to worry about is doing a good job.

Who is Try & Hire suitable for?
