A Try & Hire program is a 12-week temporary assignment with a view to a permanent position, where you get the candidate into everyday life and can see if the employee matches the company culture and if the professionalism matches your needs.

Jysk Vikarservice handles all administration and payroll along the way. Your company only pays for the hours the temp works.

How the process works

We often start with a site visit, where we get to know the company and get a feel for the culture, work environment and employees. Together, we uncover the profile and the specific tasks of the employee you’re looking for, and we get to work finding the right candidates.

We follow up with both you and the temp during and after the temp assignment, so any challenges are handled quickly and both parties get the best out of the process.

After the 12 weeks

Once the process is complete, the temp can be hired on a permanent basis and sign an employment contract with the company if both parties wish. If you want to do this earlier, a proportional fee is calculated – then there is no commitment on your side and the collaboration can continue on new terms.
