Processing of personal data

Temps

To become one of our temps, we need to collect the following personal data about you:

  • Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, educational certificates and other information on qualifications, certificates and diplomas, social security number, any allergies, trade union and any other information entered by the temporary worker when registering as a temporary worker.

Personal data about suppliers and business partners is collected for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilment of contract

The data will be kept for the period permitted by law, and we will delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Typically, client information will be deleted

  • Temps will be deleted two months after they have been made inactive by Jysk Vikarservice or as instructed.
  • Inactivity occurs two months after employment if no work has yet been done on behalf of Jysk Vikarservice. Otherwise, inactivity will occur one year after the temp’s last duty.

Suppliers and partners

To become a supplier to and partner of Jysk Vikarservice, it is necessary that we collect the following personal data about you:

  • Name, Address, E-mail, Phone number.

  • Processing of our purchases/services
  • Managing your relations with us

This information is collected in accordance with applicable law and for the following purpose:

  • Fulfilment of contract.

The data will be kept for the period permitted by law, and we will delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Typically, client information will be deleted

  • when there has been no business for a period of three years.

Jobseekers

Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the material will be reviewed by the relevant manager to see if you are a perfect match for a defined job —in short, a balancing of interests in accordance with applicable law.

The application and attachments will be shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company.

The application and attachments will be stored until the right candidate has been found and the recruitment process has been completed. The application and attachments will then be deleted.

Unsolicited applications and attachments will be stored for a maximum of three months after which they will be deleted.

If the application and attachments will be kept for more than three months, separate consent must be obtained from the candidate.
