We get to know your company, culture and team – and ask the questions people rarely think to ask themselves. <\/p>\n \n <\/span><\/p>\n Before we get started, we visit your company. We talk to you and your employees to understand the culture, the work environment and the real demands placed on a new employee – not just the requirements in the job description. We also use the visit to your company to clarify your strengths, considerations and relationships. We also ask about the things you don’t always tell yourself unless you’re asked. <\/p>\n \n \n After the visit and interview, we will have a picture of the employee(s) who could add value to your company. We can then start the recruitment process with the candidate and position profile in place.<\/p>\n Then we start the search and advertising on relevant platforms and media. We review applications and CVs and invite the most suitable candidates to a first interview with us, where we identify both professional and personal qualifications. We prepare a short presentation of each candidate, which you will receive by email. <\/p>\n \n Based on the presentations, you select the candidates you would like to meet for an interview. We are, of course, available to provide feedback on the individual candidates before you make your selection. We obtain references for the candidates from previous employers and inform you about them.
