Then our Try & Hire solution is the right choice. You will get a chance to see if the employee matches the culture of your company and if they have the right skills.
In reality, a Try & Hire scheme is 12 weeks of temporary work—a temp-to-perm agreement..
Our search for the right candidate often starts with a visit to your company. This will give us a feel for the culture, the working environment and the employees. You will have the opportunity to explain the tasks that the new employee will perform, including your wishes and demands of the new employee. Together, we create a profile of the new employee.
Like any other temp work organised by Jysk Vikarservice, we will take care of the pay administration as well as the social contributions. Your company only pays for the actual hours of temporary work.
After 12 weeks, the temp can be hired on a permanent basis and sign an employment contract with your company.
If your company wish to employ the temp on a permanent basis before the 12 weeks have passed, a proportionate fee will be charged. Your company can then take over the temp.
We follow up on the temp work—during and after completion of the temp period. It is important that you and your new employee should be fully satisfied with the process.
